Getting started. Sign in, download your agent from the dashboard, and install it on each computer you want to monitor. The first report arrives within about 10 minutes.
Billing. We invoice manually — annual (net terms available, pay by check or PayPal) or monthly via PayPal. Manage or request an invoice from your Billing page.
