Getting started. Sign in, download your agent from the dashboard, and run it on each computer you want to monitor. The first report arrives within about 10 minutes.
Windows says "Windows protected your PC." That's SmartScreen reacting to a new, low-volume download — the agent is built individually for your account, so Windows hasn't seen that exact file before. Click More info, then Run anyway. See the download page in your dashboard for details.
Telling your team. Our terms require that employees are notified. The employee notice template covers what is and isn't collected in one page.
Billing. We invoice manually — annual (net terms available, pay by check or PayPal) or monthly via PayPal autopay. Request or manage an invoice from your Billing page. Nothing is ever charged automatically.
Cancelling. Email us from your account address and we'll close the account; your data stays exportable for 30 days.
